After performing as Mon.Key.Pod for over 5 years and releasing a double disc demo, self titled LP,
and producing a full length record for the European post-rap group Zucchini Drive, the band decided to
change their name to reflect their newer, more focused sound. Influenced by artists such as Trans
Am, Mastadon, Ennio Morricone, Phillip Glass, Portishead, and TRS-80, Madame Psychosis blends
aggressive rock with buzzing minor key arpeggios, pocket drums, analog fuzz and cinematic drama.

The members of Madame Psychosis have played around the world with many different acts including
Charles Hayward, Airborn Audio, Daedelus, MF Doom, Japanther, Dalek, and more. They are now
recording their debut record slated for release in summer ‘10 on Marathon Of Dope and will be touring
throughout the year.
